So About That Promise to Post Every Day…

Remember my goals for this year when I said I wanted to post every day this year? Well, so far I have been successful and only missed one day last month.

But…

You knew there was a but coming, didn’t you?

I have to take a little bit of a break.. but it’s not really a break as I’ll still be working my tail off.. just not on two sites like I’ve been doing for the past couple of years.

If you’re not aware, 3 years ago I launched a site called Ten to Twenty Parenting which is a website for parents of teens and tweens. While I don’t write there (much), I handle pretty much everything from finding writers, to finding readers, to editing and so on. I believe in this site so much because there’s just not much information and support out there for raising that age group.

And I need to devote more time to it and there’s only so much time in the day so I have to ease up on something and the logical thing would be this site.. at least for a little bit. It doesn’t mean I’m falling off the face of the earth, just that I won’t be here 24/7/365 like I had originally planned on.

If you haven’t checked out Ten to Twenty, I encourage you to – especially if you’re the parent of a tween or teen. Or if you’re one of the many writers out there who write about that age group, mid-life, family life, etc. I’d love to have you contribute. I have big plans for that site this year and can only do it with readers and writers.

Plus I’m super excited that we’re going to be launching a podcast in the next couple of weeks where we’ll offer advice, humor and tips.. here’s the logo (that I made myself thank you very much!!) and because I love you all more than cheese, you’re getting the first peek at it!!

So I guess that’s it for now… I hope you’ll come visit over tat Ten to Twenty and lord knows, don’t be a stranger here.. just wanted to let you know that I wasn’t dead if you stopped by and saw the same 2 posts up 😉
